These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Calendar Bump Google Calendar add-on and its related services (the "Service"), provided by Clarity Board ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using Calendar Bump, you agree to these Terms.
Calendar Bump helps you manage overlapping commitments in two dedicated calendars created by the add-on: Calendar and Bumped.
When you move an event in Calendar onto an existing commitment, Calendar Bump is designed to keep the moved event at its new time and move the displaced event to Bumped. You can then select a new date and time from the Google Calendar side panel.
The initial version processes supported, non-recurring events. Recurring events and events outside the app's managed calendars may not be processed.
Calendar Bump is an independent service. It is not produced, sponsored, or endorsed by Google. Your use of Google Calendar, Google Workspace, and your Google Account remains subject to Google's own terms and policies.
You must use a valid Google Account and grant the permissions reasonably required for Calendar Bump to operate. You are responsible for:
You may revoke access or uninstall Calendar Bump at any time. Some features, including automatic sync, will stop working if required permissions are revoked.
Calendar Bump is a planning aid. You remain responsible for reviewing your calendar, invitations, reminders, time zones, recurrence settings, and commitments.
Before relying on a change made by Calendar Bump, confirm that the event appears in the intended calendar at the intended date and time. Do not use Calendar Bump as the sole system for emergencies, medical care, legal deadlines, financial obligations, safety-critical scheduling, or other situations in which a missed event could cause serious harm.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Calendar Bump accesses, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information. Your use of Calendar Bump is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
Calendar Bump is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce optional paid features or plans in the future. If we do, we will clearly disclose the price, billing period, included features, cancellation terms, and any applicable refund terms before charging you. We will not charge you without your affirmative agreement.
We may update Calendar Bump to add features, correct errors, improve security, comply with law, or respond to changes in Google services. We may also suspend or discontinue part or all of the Service.
We aim to keep Calendar Bump available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, immediate synchronization, or detection of every conflict. Google outages, permission changes, calendar behavior, network failures, unsupported event types, and other conditions outside our control may affect the Service.
Calendar Bump, the Clarity Board name and branding, and the Service's original software, design, and content are owned by Clarity Board or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of the Service or its intellectual property to you.
You retain ownership of the content in your Google Calendar.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Calendar Bump will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every scheduling need.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarity Board will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, missed commitments, or loss of data arising from your use of Calendar Bump.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarity Board's total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
You may stop using Calendar Bump at any time. Instructions for disconnecting automatic sync, deleting associated server-side data, revoking Google access, and removing the app's calendars are available on the Support page.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, material violations of these Terms, threats to users or systems, or legal requirements.
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Your continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply where they cannot legally be excluded.
