These terms apply to your use of Clarity Board, a Google Calendar add-on provided by Adam Abramson ("we"). By installing or using Clarity Board you agree to them.
Clarity Board helps you keep projects and tasks, track your time and see your hours, working with your Google Calendar and a Google Sheets worksheet in your own Google Drive. It is provided free of charge during the beta.
You use Clarity Board with your own Google account and remain responsible for it. Your worksheet and calendar events belong to you. How Clarity Board handles them is described in the Privacy Policy.
Clarity Board, including its code, its worksheet template and its design, is owned by Adam Abramson and protected by copyright. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it in your own Google account. Making a copy of the template to use it yourself is part of that licence. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, publish, sell or share its code or any part of it, or use it to build or offer a competing product or service.
Don't use Clarity Board to break the law, to interfere with Google's services, or to try to gain access to other people's accounts or data.
Clarity Board is under active development. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. We'll try to give notice of major changes on theclarityboard.com.
Clarity Board is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It changes events in your calendar and rows in your worksheet when you ask it to. Keep your own copies of anything important.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Clarity Board.
You can stop using Clarity Board at any time by uninstalling it and removing its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use Clarity Board after a change means you accept it.
